24 Weeks

I'm finally putting up some belly pictures. I'm 24 weeks along, next week is the final trimester! Sometimes I forget that I'm pregnant and then I try to put some clothes on and those hips don't lie! They are preparing early for labor I guess, thank goodness for stretch jeans.

It's official!

Today lasted so long because I just wanted my appointment to come so I could find out about my baby! Jack got off of work early to meet me at the doctor's office. I've gained 8 pounds(!) and the doctor could hear the baby's heart beat great. Then for the good stuff, the ultrasound!!

Just after a minute she said, its a boy. And oh yes, it was obvious it was a boy. I said, you're sure right? I didn't want to buy boy's clothing and then have a masculine looking baby girl! It was so fun, she even printed off 5 ultrasound pictures of the hand, foot, its a boy, and other poses. So I hung it on the fridge. The DVD is great, I just need to figure out how to load it. It was great to see the spine fully developed and the toes. I have to have another ultrasound in a month to see the face. Baby was faced sideways so we only had a profile view. They want to check to see if the lips are fully developed without abnormalities. So far though a very healthy looking babe! I'll be the first one to have a boy on my side.

Rexburg Weekend!

Kendra's daughter Lilly and Jack in their Halloween costumes! We went to Rexburg last weekend for Stacy Price Moss's wedding and got to hang out with the Nielson's. Out come Jack and Lilly from the bedroom in Kendra and Lilly's halloween costumes. We were all laughing so hard.

Jack is going to be a wonderful father....June 22nd 2010 is our due date!

Holly, the whole reason I am in Disney World celebrating success! No boys allowed this trip. Jamie invited us to Florida to stay in a hotel in DisneyWorld, play all day, and be trained through the night!

Jack and his niece and nephews getting ready. Jack and I drove and we pulled Sam and Cedric in the sled. We had a lot of wipe outs on the way back trying to beat the sun, but the kids were great sports.

IT ALL BEGAIN WITH MYSPACE

I was finishing my last semester at BYU-I when we had three new roommates move in for the semester. Andrea was one of them and I got along really well with her. I was somewhat distracted with applying to graduate schools and graduation when one day she told me about her friend Jack who just started to go to school here. Andrea introduced me to him at latin dancing in the beginning of the semester and he was on a date with another girl so he didn't pay attention to me. I thought he was very cute and hoped to see him again, when he wasn't on a date!

It wasn't until weeks later Jack came over to our apartment because Andrea invited him for a game night before he began to noticed me. The next week Andrea and Jack organized a double date with her roommate (me) and his roommate for rollerskating on campus. I stole his heart with my mad skating skills and hasn't let go of me since.

Oh, Andrea met Jack's brother Norman on myspace years ago so we really met on the internet!

We are glad you got the announcement and are so excited to keep you updated on our blog. Jack is finishing his second semester at BYU-I and Jessica is earning her first free Mary Kay car this month. P.S. the random youtube videos were all Jack's doing....
